Daily Guidance collects the name, email address, time zone, delivery preferences, and guidance dates you choose to save in order to provide the journey and your private My Guidance collection. We use combined tag counts to understand which universal themes resonate across the community; administrators do not see participant identities in this interest view. We do not sell personal information. You may remove saved guidance, pause, unsubscribe, or request deletion at any time.

Email and service providers

Delivery is designed for Amazon Web Services in Canada and the United States. Service records are retained only as needed for reliable delivery, consent evidence, security, and legal obligations.
